The Kodiak Gun Safe Series by Rhino Metals features the New SafeX™ Security & Vector Interior with a Full Hour of Fire Protection, Thick Steel Construction & Limited Lifetime Warranty.
The Kodiak KSX5933 Gun Safe is a brand new upgraded version of Rhino’s KSB Kodiak StrongBox series with added security features to make it even better! The KSX series now comes with the brand new SAFEX® Security System – the next generation of safe security systems! Rhino has designed this with a revolutionary locking system that interlocks the safe door to the body, without traditional bars or bolts.
In addition to the NEW SAFEX® Security System added to this safe, the Rhino KSX5933 Kodiak StrongBox received the Underwriters Laboratories Residential Security Container RSC Burglary Rating due to its thick 12 gauge steel construction on the door and body. The KSX5933 exceeds California DOJ Approved requirements.
The Rhino KSX5933 comes with a 60 minute fire rating at 1400º F to your valuables stored inside. The safe has full coverage fire lining in the door frame (unlike internal hinge designs). The inner door frame is lined with a heat activated Palusol® Fire Door Seal that will expand up to eight times its size, to help keep out smoke and heat.
Standard on the KSX5933 SafeX Kodiak StrongBox Gun Safe is the UL® Listed TopLit Electronic Lock. Protecting the lock is a Triple Hardplate and Spring-Loaded Re-locker, which offers extra protection in the case of an attempted drill attack. The patented Anti-Tamper Clutched Handle prevents someone from torquing the safe open via the handle.
The Rhino KSX5933 now comes with Rhino’s NEW Vector™ Interior. This Vector™ System uses the back wall of the interior to adjust your interior shelving and gun rack, which allows you to maximize storage space inside your safe. This New System is fully adjustable to fit your needs and provide ultimate flexibility. The entire interior is fully upholstered and comes with Rhino’s silver heather interior carpet lining.
On the back of the door comes a Deluxe Door Panel Organizer with handgun holders and pockets for even more storage inside this safe. More features on the interior includes the included (factory installed) LED lighting system, internal electrical outlet -with USB slots for plugging in the light kit, a dehumidifier or even to charge electronics stored inside.
The KSX5933 Kodiak StrongBox comes in Rhino’s Unique Antique Metal Finish and Black 3-Spoke Handle. Once you open the door of the KSX5933, the external pin hinges allow the door to open a full 180° to have complete access to the contents of your safe.
The KSX5933 Kodiak Gun Safe with SafeX Security is backed by Rhino’s limited lifetime warranty that offers free repair or replacement after a burglary or fire.
